Supreme Court — Order of Director of Education affirmed — Refusal to approve motion picture film.

ERROR to the Department of Education.

Mr. C.C. Crabbe, attorney general; Mr. H.H. Griswold; Mr. Wilbur E. Benoy, and Mr. Charles G. Williams, for defendant in error.


It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the order of the Director of Education be, and the same is hereby, affirmed, this court finding sufficient evidence in the transcript to sustain the finding of the Director of Education.

Order affirmed.
