This petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging petitioner's presumptive parole release date is denied without prejudice to the filing of a petition for mandamus against the Florida Parole Probation Commission. See Wainwright v. Taylor, 476 So.2d 669 (Fla. 1985); Pannier v. Wainwright, 423 So.2d 533 (Fla. 5th DCA 1982); Curry v. Wainwright, 419 So.2d 744 (Fla. 5th DCA 1982).

PETITION DENIED.
