CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:07cv1007-MHT.

ORDER


After and independent and de novo review of the record, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows:

(1) Plaintiff's objections (Doc. No. 21) are overruled.
(2) The magistrate judge's recommendation (Doc. No. 11) is adopted.
(3) All defendants, except Alabama Police Officer H.G. Wells, Municipal Jail Guard A.C. Heard, and Municipal Jail Guard Green, are dismissed without prejudice.
(4) The only remaining defendants are Alabama Police Officer H.G. Wells, Municipal Jail Guard A.C. Heard, and Municipal Jail Guard Green.
(5) All claims, except those pertaining to the events leading to plaintiff's arrest, the allegation of false arrest, and the allegations relating to the condition of her confinement, are dismissed without prejudice.
(6) The only remaining claims in this case are those pertaining to the events leading to plaintiff's arrest, the allegation of false arrest, and the allegations relating to the condition of her confinement.
(7) The clerk of the court is to serve the complaint, the summonses, copies of all orders, a copy of the magistrate judge's recommendation (Doc. No. 11) on Alabama Police Officer H.G. Wells, Municipal Jail Guard A.C. Heard, and Municipal Jail Guard Green.

It is further ORDERED that this cause is referred back to the United States Magistrate Judge for further appropriate proceedings.
