329 Ill. App. 647 (Ill. App. Ct. 1946)

Opinion

Gen. No. 43,496. (Abstract of Decision.)

Opinion filed November 19, 1946 Released for publication December 3, 1946

APPEAL AND ERROR, § 63Judgments not determining all issues in case as not appealable. In action based upon numerous claims for legal services allegedly performed by plaintiff's assignor, judgments against plaintiff as to all except seven of claim, which were continued for subsequent trial in circuit court, were not appealable under section 50 of Civil Practice Act, since such judgments, although final in their nature as to matters in issue between parties thereto, were to be considered as interlocutory and there was no right of appeal therefrom until ease was disposed of in its entirety (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1945, ch. 110, par. 174; Jones Ill State. Ann. 104.050).

See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.

James H. Burr and Francis M. Lowes, for appellant;

Concannon, Dillon, Snook Arthur, for appellees;

Bruce S. Parkhill, of counsel.
