PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Roesch v. State, 633 So. 2d 1, 2 (Fla. 1993) (holding that the state attorney's files become public records, with certain exceptions, after a defendant's sentence becomes final and that the indigent defendant is not entitled to receive copies of such public records free of charge).
