Gerald E. MOBLEY, Appellant, v. Adrian S. TAYLOR and Curtis Philips, Appellees.

Gerald E. Mobley, pro se, Appellant.

Michael M. Brownlee of Fisher Rushmer, P.A., Orlando, for Appellees.

Per Curiam. This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville , 491 So. 2d 1217 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986) (explaining that an order that grants a motion to dismiss but does not dismiss the action is not final and not appealable).

Lewis, Winokur, and M.K. Thomas, JJ., concur.
