Motion granted, the Hearing Panel's report confirmed in its entirety, and respondent's suspension is made effective as of August 4, 1988 (the date of the order of interim suspension) until March 10, 1989 (the date on which respondent was discharged from probation), and respondent is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York.
