In Re: Texas Brine Company, LLC, applying for rehearing, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Assumption, No. 33796. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

APPLICATION FOR REHEARING GRANTED. The application for rehearing is granted solely to remand to the district for a determination of whether Travis J. Turner's participation in the matter was substantial enough such that his withdrawal would not cure the ground for recusal. See In re Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, 919 F.2d 1136 (6th Cir. 1990).
