Appended to this order are amended and new rules of The Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. These rules shall govern all proceedings within their scope after 12:01 a.m. January 1, 1978.

(i) Denial of effective assistance of counsel. (j) Denial of right of appeal. (k) Lack of jurisdiction of the court to enter the judgment or impose sentence (such as an unconstitutional statute).
