ORDER GRANTING DEBTOR'S MOTION TO REOPEN EVIDENTIARY HEARING PURSUANT TO FED.R.CIV.P. 59(a) (RE: DEBTOR'S SECOND MOTION PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 363 TO SELL VIRTUALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS OUTSIDE THE ORDINARY COURSE OF BUSINESS)


THE MATTER is before the Court on Debtor's Motion to Reopen Evidentiary Hearing Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(a) (Re: Debtor's Second Motion Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363 to Sell Virtually All of its Assets Outside the Ordinary Course of Business) ("Debtor's Motion"). The Court has reviewed the Debtor's Motion and has otherwise been advised in the premises. Therefore,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT the evidentiary hearing with respect to Debtor's Motion is reopened, allowing testimony to be heard at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2004.
