ORDER
For the reasons stated in the accompanying Letter Opinion, and for good cause shown, IT IS on this 13th day of July 2006, hereby
ORDERED that Plaintiff Hudson Marine Management Services, Inc.'s and Defendant Sea Byte, Inc.'s request to transfer this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) is GRANTED; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is hereby transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
