The plaintiffs, Carey and Sheriley Gholston, appeal from a non-final order granting the defendant's motion to abate and directing the parties to proceed to appraisal. We affirm finding that the trial court properly directed the parties to proceed to appraisal pursuant to the terms of the insurance policy.

Affirmed.
