Appellant asserts and appellee concedes that the conviction of Count IV of the appealed judgment must be reversed. We agree, that conviction is reversed, the other counts affirmed.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part.

GOSHORN and GRIFFIN, JJ., concur.
