Upon consideration of the Petitioner's response and the State's reply to this Court's order to show cause, this Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction. It is hereby ordered that the petition for review is denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2). POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
