ORDER AFFIRMING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the Report and Recommendation of the Honorable William C. Turnoff, United States Magistrate Judge, on Defendant's Motion to Tax Costs [DE#61], and Defendant's Objection, filed August 8, 2002.
Upon a de novo review of the record and Magistrate Judge Turnoff s Report and Recommendation, dated July 30, 2002, and the record. Being otherwise duly advised, the Court agrees with that Report and Recommendation. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that Defendant's objection is overrured and the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Turnoff is RATIFIED, AFFIRMED, and made the Order of the District Court. The motion for fees is GRANTED in the amount of $273.80
