ON CONFESSION OF ERROR


PER CURIAM.

Based upon the State's proper and commendable confession of error, we reverse the adjudication of delinquency for resisting an officer without violence and remand with directions to the trial court to vacate the adjudication of delinquency. See L.T. v. State, 69 So.3d 1014 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011); A.A.R. v. State, 926 So.2d 463 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006); P.P. v. State, 466 So.2d 1140 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985).

Reversed and remanded.
