In Mueller v. Vandalia, 79 Ohio St.3d 1457, 681 N.E.2d 440 (1997), the Ohio Supreme Court declined jurisdiction and dismissed the appeal. The Ohio Supreme Court also denied the Muellers' motion for reconsideration.
