706 So. 2d 125 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1998)

Opinion

Case No. 97-2769.

Opinion filed February 26, 1998.

An appeal from the Circuit Court of Duval County. Hugh Carithers, Judge.

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Stephen R. White, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Appellant complains that the written order of revocation of probation entered in this case does not specify what condition of his probation he violated. Pursuant to Davis v. State, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D31 (Fla. 1st DCA, Dec. 18, 1997), this issue, the sole issue raised in this appeal, is not preserved.

AFFIRMED.

MINER, KAHN, and WEBSTER, JJ., Concur.
