477 So. 2d 47 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1985)

Opinion

No. 85-584.

October 23, 1985.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Russell E. Seay, Jr., Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Ellen Morris, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Lee Rosenthal, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We have considered all of appellant's points on appeal and find no merit in them except that, if the sentence includes assessment of costs against appellant, that aspect of the sentence is stricken.

DOWNEY, ANSTEAD and BARKETT, JJ., concur.
