Indictment charging defendant with larceny, receiving stolen goods, forgery and uttering forged instruments. Before ALEXANDER, J. Appeals, Nos. 42 and 43, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, March T., 1963, Nos. 781 to 809, inclusive. Argued June 13, 1968.
