Criminal proceedings. Murder, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, solicitation to commit arson and arson. Before ZIEGLER, J. Nos. 25 and 26 Special Transfer Docket, Pittsburgh, 1979. Appeals from the judgments of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7601267, CC7603198, CC7604826 and CC7604830. Submitted August 28, 1979.

Judgment of sentence on conspiracy count is reversed and new trial granted and judgments of sentence on all other charges are affirmed.
