November 9, 1971. Rehearing Denied December 7, 1971.

On appeal from murder conviction, the Court of Criminal Appeals, 48 Ala. App. 304, 264 So.2d 529, affirmed conviction but modified sentence to life imprisonment. On State's petition for certiorari, The Supreme Court, 288 Ala. 680, 264 So.2d 549, reversed the judgment of the Court of Appeals as to punishment. On authority of the Supreme Court mandate, the Court of Appeals affirmed.

On defendant's petition for certiorari, The Supreme Court, 288 Ala. 684, 264 So.2d 553, affirmed.


AFTER REMANDMENT

Affirmed without opinion, on authority of Supreme Court mandate, 288 Ala. 680, 264 So.2d 549.
