The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Cf. Persaud v. State, 838 So. 2d 529 (Fla. 2003) (holding that this Court's extraordinary writ jurisdiction may not be used to seek review of per curiam decisions of the district courts of appeal, including those with a citation).
