The petition for writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is denied. See Mills v. State, 507 So.2d 602, 605 (Fla. 1987); Bush v. Wainwright, 505 So.2d 409, 411 (Fla. 1987); Palmes v. Wainwright, 460 So.2d 362, 365 (Fla. 1984).
