PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Sands v. State, 753 So.2d 630, 632 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000) (finding no unreasonably long delay where drug dog arrived approximately fifteen minutes after initial stop and officer was still writing citation when dog arrived.).
