Opinion

Case No. SC02-2775.

February 25, 2004.

Lower Tribunal No. 3D02-2602.

The petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Stallworth v. Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Injunction is denied. Respondent's Motion to Dismiss All Pending Appeals for Willful Violation of Court Order And for Sanctions is denied without prejudice to any consideration of sanctions in the District Court of Appeal or the trial court.

WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE and CANTERO, JJ., concur.
