AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA


In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Adkins, 600 So.2d 1067 (Ala. 1992), this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for St. Clair County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion. Due return should be filed with this court within 90 days from the date of this opinion.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
