ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM TRAVIS COUNTY

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Marion Shipman filed an application for writ of mandamus complaining that the trial court's order to compel production did not adequately limit the scope of electronic discovery and improperly denied Shipman's objections to the production of certain documents. Having reviewed the petition and the record provided, we deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
